About Yi Li:

Yi Li is a registered physiotherapist graduated from the Hong Kong Polytechnic University. He has started his career in public hospital where he has gained valuable experience in managing a wide variety of conditions including acute and chronic injuries, neurological rehabilitation (Post-stroke rehab and Parkinson’s disease), post-operative care and rehabilitation for many types of pain disorders including ACL reconstructive surgery rehabilitation. He then continued his career in the private setting as he has a strong passion in treating musculoskeletal and neurological conditions.

Yi Li then further his skills by completing Certified DMA (MBCT) Clinical Pilates education, Advanced Osteopathic Spinal Manipulation Therapy by OMT Training UK, Kinesio Taping Practitioner course (KAI) and Clinical Application of Acupuncture Course in Hong Kong.

He is a strong advocate of movement and exercise being the key to success not only in rehabilitation but also in maximizing performance and injury prevention.

As an exercise lover himself, Yi Li strives to help his clients fulfill their sport and fitness goals by working hand-in-hand and enjoying the rehabilitation process together. When not in clinic, he enjoys weight lifting, diving, table tennis, squash and, of course, a refreshing glass of G&T.

Being Singaporean, Yi Li is fluent in three languages: English, Mandarin and Cantonese.

About Dani:

Dani, a dedicated holistic therapist passionate about natural healing and wellness. Born in Belgium and raised in Portugal, my journey into the world of holistic therapies began at a young age. At 23, I embarked on a transformative journey, studying holistic therapies in India, Thailand, South America, Australia, and Germany.In India, I was privileged to study at an Ayurvedic Hospital, immersing myself in the ancient wisdom of Ayurveda. This experience gave me a profound understanding of the body's innate ability to heal when in balance. I was fortunate to spend extended periods with masters, gaining authentic knowledge directly from the source. My journey then took me to Thailand, where I delved into traditional Thai herbal medicine and their meridian Sen lines. In South America, I explored indigenous healing practices. These experiences further enriched my understanding of holistic therapies and their potential to promote health and well-being. In Australia and Germany, I studied Bioresonance therapy, which uses the body's energy field to identify and treat various health conditions. This added another dimension to my practice, allowing me to offer a more comprehensive approach to holistic healing.

For over 20 years, I have maintained a relentless curiosity and commitment to learning, continually seeking to enhance my knowledge and expertise in holistic therapies. This ongoing journey of discovery allows me to offer my clients the most effective and beneficial treatments. As a holistic therapist, my approach is rooted in the belief that health and wellness encompass the body, mind, and spirit. I strive to provide treatments that not only alleviate physical discomfort but also address the root causes of imbalance or disease.I invite you to join me on this holistic health and wellness journey.
